Calvary Campout
Hello Church Family,
You are signed up for the Calvary Campout this FRIDAY 5/3. We look forward to a great time together and want to share some of the details and expectations:
WHAT TO BRING:
- Side dish or dessert to share (church will be providing Ribs and Hot Dogs) (You will not have access to heat anything up)
- Chairs
- Tent, Camper, RV
- Other camping gear for sleeping comfortably (i.e. air mattress, blankets, pillows)
- Sticks for roasting marshmallows/smores
SCHEDULE OF ACTITIVTIES:
- CAMPERS ARRIVE ANYTIME AFTER 1PM
- SET-UP / FELLOWSHIP & OUTDOOR GAMES 3:00-6:00PM
- COOK/PREP FOR DINNER 5:00-6:00PM
- DINNER/CLEAN-UP: 6:00-7:00PM
- MUSIC/WORSHIP/TESIMONIES: 7:00-8:00PM
- FELLOWSHIP/ CAMP FIRE / SMORES: 8:00-9:00PM
- "EVENING ONLY" PARTICIPANTS LEAVE BY: 9:00PM
- OVERNIGHT CAMPERS - QUIET TIME 10:00PM
- BREAKFAST FOR OVERNIGHT CAMPERS: 8:00-9:00AM
REMINDERS/RULES:
- RVs and campers are to pull in on Frasier Loop where you will see the balloons (watch for the dip in the road)
- Tent campers are to park their car in front of the school after set-up
- Evening only participants should also park in front of the school
- There will be designated areas for camper/RVs vs. Tents
- Bathrooms are available in the Brickhouse
- No loud generators - only quiet style generators are permitted
- No bad dogs - no barking, biting dogs
- Quiet hour is 10:00PM-7:00AM
